• Providing false information
• KYC verification failure
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

Inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 12 months) may be subject to a ৳50 monthly inactivity fee; however, the account balance will never fall below zero.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please follow the steps below to reach a resolution:

2. Step two: If the issue remains unresolved, please submit a written complaint. Our senior team will review it within 72 hours.
